I’ve been back from Indonesia (central Java) for about a week and a half now and I’m finally getting back into the swing of things. I had internet access at times in Indonesia but I was too engrossed in what I was doing to bother blogging so sorry for the wait (don’t suppose you were [...]

Come fly with me lets fly, lets fly away
The boy and I visited the Australian National Aviation Museum today. They have a considerable amount of aviation history packed into a fairly small amount of space. I tend to whip round things like this taking photos but it still took me two hours. If aviation is your thing its worth the price of entry. [...]
Citysherpa
They say the best way to get to know a place is to live there. Or if you don’t have that sort of time get a local to show you around. Helsinki (Finland), a city I have visited a couple of times in my past, have come up with a novel new way for tourist [...]
San Francisco Diary Day Nine – Atoning for My Sins
My last day in San Francisco. I can honestly say its been a fantastic experience and I have really enjoyed this gorgeous city.

San Francisco Diary Day Five – The Two Jays
This was supposed to be my first actual day at the MacIT conference but I had signed up to do the Advanced Digital Photography day instead. I had expected to be doing it on Tuesday but fate had dealt me a different hand.
San Francisco Diary Day Four – Cliff Hanger
Pulled up reasonably well after tying it on a bit the night before. Queued for ages to hear Steve Jobs’ key note, in the spill-out room alas (see post entitled “What’s an Intel chip doing in a Mac? A whole lot more than it’s ever done in a PC!†for more info). Amazingly caught up [...]
San Francisco Diary Day Three – Meet the AUC
Cued outside the Moscone Center for twenty minutes or so at about 8:30 am to register for the MacIT conference, exhibition etc. only to discover that there were no events for me to go to this day and that if I had left it till 10am I wouldn’t have had to cue at all.
